The Shell GO+ loyalty program is a loyalty program offered by Coral SRB D.O.O – Official Shell Licensee – to its customers. Through this program, you can collect points when purchasing certain products at Shell petrol stations. After collecting a certain number of points, you can exchange them for e-vouchers within the app, which you create yourself and then use to shop at Shell Select markets at all Shell petrol stations in Serbia, offering a wide range of products

Download the Shell GO+ loyalty application from the Google Play store or App Store, register (fill in the application form with your data in electronic form) and you will find your virtual Shell GO+ loyalty card in it. To collect points, he uses his virtual Shell GO+ loyalty card with every purchase.

You can view the rules of the Shell GO+ loyalty program and the Information on Data Processing in the mobile application, on the home page and in the General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy submenu.

Your Shell GO+ virtual card is active from the moment you register for the loyalty program through the app.

If you've registered through the app, you can start collecting points right away. To earn points, scan your virtual Shell GO+ loyalty card every time you shop at Shell petrol stations.

The fiscal receipt will show the number of points you have earned with each transaction. You can also always check your collected points in the app on your account, on the home page and in the Transactions submenu

You can collect points when shopping at Shell gas stations. Please note that you do not receive points for some products/services, i.e. for the purchase of tobacco products, mobile phone chargers and electronic toll collection (EW), as well as for the use of electric vehicle chargers (EV chargers).

You can use the created e-voucher to purchase goods in Shell Select stores. E-vouchers are not valid for the purchase of tobacco products, e-tolls and tolls, any type of fuel, as well as for the use of electric vehicle chargers (EV chargers).

The collected points are valid for two years and must be used during this period. Points are used to create e-vouchers that you use to make purchases in Shell Select markets. After the expiration of the two-year period, the unused points will be deleted.

The created e-voucher is valid for one year and can be used to make purchases in Shell Select markets. After the expiration of the one-year period, the e-voucher will be cancelled.

You are entitled to use the Shell GO+ Virtual Loyalty Card for a maximum of four (4) transactions per day. In the case of use more than four times a day, additional transactions will not be considered. Any misuse is considered impermissible behaviour, and the virtual card can be blocked by Coral SRB D.O.O - Official Shell Licensee.

The Shell GO+ virtual Loyalty Card can be used by anyone over the age of 18.

In case you are unable to scan your Shell GO+ virtual card due to technical issues, you should save the fiscal receipt from the completed transaction and contact us at infoces@coralenergy.rs,  so that the issue with point registration can be resolved. Please provide your Shell GO+ virtual card number and a photo of the fiscal receipt
