How are points converted into e-vouchers?

Within the Shell GO+ app, you can create an evoucher yourself. You can use it to buy goods at Shell Select stores (evouchers cannot be used for tobacco products, mobile etop-ups and toll payments, any type of fuel, or the use of electric vehicle chargers).

Visit a Shell service station and start collecting Shell GO+ points with every purchase of fuel, products, or services at Shell stations (except for the purchase of tobacco products, mobile top-ups, electronic toll payments, and the use of electric vehicle chargers).

What products/services can I use my e-vouchers for?

You can use the created e-voucher to purchase goods in Shell Select stores. E-vouchers are not valid for the purchase of tobacco products, e-tolls and tolls, any type of fuel, as well as for the use of electric vehicle chargers (EV chargers).

Are my points running out?

The collected points are valid for two years and must be used during this period. Points are used to create e-vouchers that you use to make purchases in Shell Select markets. After the expiration of the two-year period, the unused points will be deleted.

Is my e-voucher expiring?

The created e-voucher is valid for one year and can be used to make purchases in Shell Select markets. After the expiration of the one-year period, the e-voucher will be cancelled.

Do I have a limit on the number of daily uses of the Shell GO+ virtual card?

You are entitled to use the Shell GO+ Virtual Loyalty Card for a maximum of four (4) transactions per day. In the case of use more than four times a day, additional transactions will not be considered. Any misuse is considered impermissible behaviour, and the virtual card can be blocked by Coral SRB D.O.O - Official Shell Licensee.

Can people under the age of 18 take part in the Shell GO+ loyalty program?

The Shell GO+ virtual Loyalty Card can be used by anyone over the age of 18.

What if I can't read my Shell GO+ virtual card?

In case you are unable to scan your Shell GO+ virtual card due to technical issues, you should save the fiscal receipt from the completed transaction and contact us at infoces@coralenergy.rs, so that the issue with point registration can be resolved. Please provide your Shell GO+ virtual card number and a photo of the fiscal receipt.
