How do I collect points with Shell GO+?

Visit a Shell service station and start collecting Shell GO+ points with every purchase of fuel, products, or services at Shell stations (except for the purchase of tobacco products, mobile top-ups, electronic toll payments, and the use of electric vehicle chargers).

How are points converted into evouchers?

How are points converted into e-vouchers?

Within the Shell GO+ app, you can create an evoucher yourself. You can use it to buy goods at Shell Select stores (evouchers cannot be used for tobacco products, mobile etop-ups and toll payments, any type of fuel, or the use of electric vehicle chargers).

When do I start collecting points?

If you've registered through the app, you can start collecting points right away. To earn points, scan your virtual Shell GO+ loyalty card every time you shop at Shell petrol stations.

Where can I find out how many points I've earned?

The fiscal receipt will show the number of points you have earned with each transaction. You can also always check your collected points in the app on your account, on the home page and in the Transactions submenu.

What products don't get points?

You can collect points when shopping at Shell gas stations. Please note that you do not receive points for some products/services, i.e. for the purchase of tobacco products, mobile phone chargers and electronic toll collection (EW), as well as for the use of electric vehicle chargers (EV chargers).

Are my points running out?

The collected points are valid for two years and must be used during this period. Points are used to create e-vouchers that you use to make purchases in Shell Select markets. After the expiration of the two-year period, the unused points will be deleted.
