About the Shell GO+ Loyalty Program
The Shell GO+ loyalty program is a loyalty program offered by Coral SRB D.O.O – Official Shell Licensee – to its customers. Through this program, you can collect points when purchasing certain products at Shell petrol stations. After collecting a certain number of points, you can exchange them for e-vouchers within the app, which you create yourself and then use to shop at Shell Select markets at all Shell petrol stations in Serbia, offering a wide range of products.
How to earn points?
To collect points, scan your virtual Shell GO+ loyalty card every time you make a purchase at Shell petrol stations and receive:
- 1 liter of Shell LPG – 1 point
- 1 liter of Shell FuelSave Unleaded 95 – 1 point
- 1 liter of Shell FuelSave Diesel – 1 point
- 1 liter of Shell V-Power Unleaded 100 – 2 points
- 1 liter of Shell V-Power Diesel – 2 points
Additionally, by purchasing products at Shell Select markets, you earn points (excluding purchases of tobacco products, mobile top-ups, electronic toll payments, and the use of electric vehicle chargers), meaning you receive 1 point for every 100 RSD spent.
How are points converted into e-vouchers?
Within the app, you can create e-vouchers yourself, which you can use for shopping at Shell Select stores as follows:
- For 200 points – e-voucher worth 200 RSD
- For 400 points – e-voucher worth 600 RSD
- For 600 points – e-voucher worth 1,000 RSD
E-vouchers cannot be used for purchasing tobacco products, e-top-ups, toll payments, any type of fuel, or for using electric vehicle chargers (EV chargers).
Points and vouchers expiration
Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are collected, while e-vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date they are created within the app.
